Can the system tell for certain that a document is forged?
It points to evidence and grades the risk. A "high risk" result rests on clear evidence such as edits, logical contradictions or editing software — but the final decision should be made by a person, and when in doubt you should confirm with the bank.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC up to 10MB. Always upload the original file rather than a photo of a photo.
How long does a check take?
Usually 15 to 60 seconds, depending on size and page count.
What happens to the documents I upload?
They are encrypted and stored privately for your plan's retention period, then deleted automatically. You can delete a check at any time.
Does it work on phone screenshots?
Yes. Screenshots from banking apps, Bit and PayBox are among the most common documents we check, and they have a dedicated checklist.
Does the system connect to the bank to confirm a transfer?
No. It checks the document itself. To confirm money arrived, check your bank account. If a document gets a high risk score, ask the sender for an official confirmation issued by the bank.
What is the difference between "needs review" and "high risk"?
"Needs review" means signs that justify caution but may be innocent (for example, printing from a browser). "High risk" means clear evidence of editing or contradictions.
Can I ask questions about a report?
Yes. Every report has a chat that knows the document and the findings and answers questions like "why is the amount flagged?".
How do I get API access?
API access is included in the business and enterprise plans. After upgrading you can create keys in your account settings.
What if the system got it wrong?
Every report lets you mark whether the document turned out genuine or forged. This feedback improves the knowledge base and the private model, and lets us measure accuracy.
